Learn the strength secret of Russian Supermen by getting the kettlebell training basics right and STOP wasting your precious time dabbling with kettlebells with very little results. The worst thing is end up injured due to improper use of the kettlebells.
Unlike other kettlebell workshops in Perth, you will not be taught a dozen exercises and be left even more confused how to do them again and how to put them together. Trust me I’ve done those kind of workshop and left me with more doubts on how I should do my kettlebell training.
With this Perth Russian Kettlebell Workshop, you will learn the 3 basic kettlebell moves that are taught in a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC) a program developed by Chief RKC Instructor Pavel Tsatsouline who is also known as the modern king of kettlebells. Why only 3 moves? More is NOT necessary better. These 3 exercises are carefully picked to allow any beginner to spend time and build a strong foundation to prep the body to make a smooth transition to more advanced level of kettlebell training.
The 3 Kettlebells Exercises are as followed:
Turkish Get Up
Globlet Squats
Hardstyle Kettlebell Swings
You will also learn the 10 following things:
2 June 2012 (Saturday), 1pm to 4pm
