With this Perth Russian Kettlebell Workshop, you will learn the 3 basic kettlebell moves that are taught in a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC) a program developed by Chief RKC Instructor Pavel Tsatsouline who is also known as the modern king of kettlebells. Why only 3 moves? More is NOT necessary better. These 3 exercises are carefully picked to allow any beginner to spend time and build a strong foundation to prep the body to make a smooth transition to more advanced level of kettlebell training.

About the Presenter

TC is one of few Perth personal trainers who are currently certified as a Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) Instructor. He has helped many of his clients achieve a healthy and strong body using Hardstyle Kettlebell Training  with his fitness business Get Results Personal Training.
