Who is TC?

Hey there! I’m TC and I’m here to share with you my kettlebell training experience on this little blog. Oh BTW, thank you for taking the time to read this blog and actually find out about me. Ok here is a quick introduction of me….

Been a gym junkie since 17 years old and worked as a personal trainer since 2001. Now, I run my own fitness business that offer personal training services in Perth called “Get Results Personal Training”. I’m proud to say that this little Perth personal training business had been responsible for getting people into awesome shape. Personally, I’m obsessed with getting my clients into the best possible shape ever with the most cutting edge training. That’s why I used kettlebell as the main tool to get my clients into awesome shape because it is the most efficient fitness training tool you can get your hands on. Be it fat loss, strength gain, athletic improvement or forging a body of steel, kettlebell training will get you there if the right training program is in place. Actually, I wish I had quit been a gym junkie earlier and focus more on kettlebell training, my personal fitness training and my clients would have gain more in far shorter amount of time. Thanks to my shoulder injury, I had no choice but to focus solely on kettlebell training which is a a blessing in disguise.

Since training seriously with kettlebell, I have become both a HKC (Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified) Instructor and Certified RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Instructor. Also, I have spent time training with some of the best in Hardstyle kettlebell training such as Master RKC Dave Whitley, Senior RKC Shaun Cairns and Team Leader Andrew Read and assisted in the Melbourne October 2011  HKC Certification workshop.

This blog is for anyone who wants to find a way to train efficiently and cut out the fluff that has no or minimum impact on the outcome of the fitness training. Like I said, be it fat loss, strength gain, or forging a body of steel, hardstyle kettlebell is going to do it for you. And this is the place where I will share what I learnt with you.
