Why train with kettlebell?

Hey there I am back.

If you have heard about the kettlebells and still sitting on the fence thinking about wheather you should jump in and give kettlebell a try, then you certainly want to read this blog post. I know you might think that I am going to say all the good things about kettlebell training as I am a kettlebell instructor.

Well, you’re damn right mate. Why wouldn’t I when I see all the benefits myself and my clients got from kettlebell training. As a personal trainer, I am always looking for the fastest and safest way to help my clients get into their best shape. Kettlebell is definitely my tool that I will pull out for fast results.
